Summary
Official notice (posted 2026-10-21, updated 2026-10-22 20:40): after confirming a security vulnerability, the vendor ran preventive emergency maintenance, paused web service, and moved the PHP it provides to the latest 8.3 release. Web service came back in stages from about 13:30 on Oct 22 and was restored for all users by 20:23. The notice does not name the PHP vulnerability or any CVE, and says no unauthorized access had been confirmed.
Customer action:
PHP was changed, so check that your site still works as before. The PHP version cannot be switched back.
