Summary
Official status page (all-clusters maintenance, updated Oct 21-26): a workaround from 08:00 UTC on Oct 21 and WAF rules on all clusters at 14:50 UTC; at 17:53 UTC "All php release from 7.4 to 8.5 have been patch on all clusters", and at 17:07 UTC on Oct 23 "completed the deployment of the patch for PHP versions 5.3 through 7.3". At 09:50 UTC on Oct 26 the maintenance was marked completed. Some sites saw slowness and HTTP 500 errors during the rollout. It does not say whether version strings change.
Customer action:
No customer action has been asked for. PHP 8.1 and older are out of upstream support, so plan a move to a supported PHP in the control panel (.ovhconfig).
